Ola Entertainment Blog:Good evening, this is Ola Entertainment Blog. Can we meet you?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: My name is Okorie Blessing Chidiebere.
Ola Entertainment Blog:Your educational background
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere:I finished my secondary school 2017 from Bizben college. And presently a student of UI Dlc studying Communications and language art.
Ola Entertainment Blog: Did the strike affect your school too?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere:Yeah, but we resumed before the strike was called off.
Ola Entertainment Blog: What were you doing while you were at home?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere:The strike was really a great gain for me. It was during the strike I learnt baking for one week from Karis and Elos foundation, I also used the opportunity to learn photography at Lagos state women affairs and poverty of which that's what am doing presently.
Ola Entertainment Blog: Coming to photography, something must have pushed to learn it. What motivated you?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: Smiles.
Well growing up, photography has been on my way, it's what I really have passion to do. And that was why I took my time not to rush into learning it anywhere, but to look for a photography school to learn it. And since the money wasn't available then, I invested into other opportunities till the right time to learn 😂.
I can say that this year was the right time to learn, because am presently learning photography for free and also in a photography school I desired.
Ola Entertainment Blog: That's great.
In the world of photography, who is your role model?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere:I actually have two role models. Marcus Yam from Kuala Lumpur and Tye Bello from Nigeria.
Ola Entertainment Blog: How do you intend to build your photography career after learning?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: Firstly, the foundation will be built on Christ and also go for jobs. It can either be directly or indirectly for people to know what I do. Then we kick off from there.
Ola Entertainment Blog:Who is your biggest motivation in life?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: Jesus and pastor Yinka Adebiyi
Ola Entertainment Blog:Your happiest moment?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: The day I started my photography training. It was a dream come true.
Ola Entertainment Blog: Where do you see yourself in three years time?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: Well I will still be in school. But I would have built my career to a very better place by God's grace.
Ola Entertainment Blog: What is your advice to those wanting to walk in your footsteps?
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: Smiles.
My advise to them is that they should trust God no matter the situation surrounding them. God never fails. Also they should not give up on that gift and career, they should keep pushing, there's always light at the end of the tunnel. Giving up should never be their option.
Lastly, they should get themselves busy. An idle person is who the devil will use. They should build capacity in the process of waiting.
Ola Entertainment Blog: Thanks for giving us your time.
Okorie Blessing Chidiebere: Thanks for having me
